As part of his Electrical Contracting business Steve primarily focused on fault locating underground power cables, which soon developed into general buried asset locating.  In 2000 Steve started the business Fault Finders which later became Gippslocate. This business was totally focused on underground asset locating. Steve then joined NULCA in 2005 and spent a number of years on the committee including one year as Vice President.
